Quilting in Emery County

Quilt exhibits at the Emery County Fair

The Emery County Fair exhibit hall at the Emery County Recreation Center, 75 S. 400 East in Castle Dale, lists separate divisions for hand-quilted quilts, quilts machine quilted by the exhibitor, quilts machine quilted by a professional, smaller hand- and machine-quilted pieces, and hand-tied quilts.

The 2026 exhibit hall was open July 30 through August 1, and entries were limited to Emery County residents. Dates and rules can change, so consult the organizer’s page and the Utah quilt events calendar before preparing a future entry.
