Fabric stores in Ogden, Utah

Ogden has two verified sewing destinations that serve different needs. The Quilted Beehive is the quilt-fabric, education, and community stop, while Wimmer’s Sewing & Vacuum handles machines, parts, local pickup, and repair.

The Quilted Beehive is inside Rainbow Gardens near Ogden Canyon. Its official shop covers fabric, books and patterns, notions, gifts, and classes. The current calendar includes appliqué, curved piecing, foundation paper piecing, block programs, ruler techniques, art quilting, barn quilts, beginner projects, and visiting-teacher master classes. It also maintains sew-in, club, and guild connections.

Wimmer’s, now presented online as Imagine Sewing & Vacuums 360, carries Baby Lock, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, and Singer machines. The 12th Street location supports online pickup and both sewing-machine and vacuum repair. Its corrected Saturday closing time is 4 p.m.

Local quilting community

Ogden Quilt Guild meets monthly at The Quilted Beehive, connecting the store and guild sides of the local community. Check the guild profile before attending because small-group schedules can change.
