Heber Valley Quilters

Heber Valley Quilters has brought local quilters together since 1999. Utah Quilt Guild’s 2026 chapter directory lists meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the first Thursday at the Wasatch County Library, 465 E. 1200 South in Heber City.

Learning and membership

The guild welcomes a range of ages and experience levels. Meetings usually include a lesson on a quilting technique followed by Sew and Tell, when members share work, ideas, and solutions. The guild also documents friendship blocks, design challenges, charity quilting, newsletters, a member Facebook community, and reduced member pricing for its annual retreat.

The public site does not post current dues on its main page. Use its membership form or contact address for current cost, retreat eligibility, and any supply list for the meeting you plan to attend.

Service across the Wasatch Back

For America250 in 2026, Heber Valley Quilters worked with quilters in Midway and Kamas to make a patriotic quilt for every baby expected at the Heber Valley and Park City hospitals. The target was about 700 quilts, and local reporting documented about 600 completed by early July through repeated group sewing sessions.
