Quilting in Park City, Utah

Park City does not currently have a verified dedicated quilt shop. Quilters can fill some basic supply needs locally, but should plan outside the county for a broad, curated selection of quilting cotton, precuts, patterns, and longarm services.

Walmart’s official Park City fabric page advertises by-the-yard fabric cutting, elastics, trims, and general craft supplies at 6545 Landmark Drive. Inventory at a general retailer can change quickly, so call 435-647-9909 before making a special trip for a particular fabric type or quantity.

Wasatch and Wool at 1200 A Iron Horse Drive is a specialty yarn shop rather than a quilt store. It publishes regular retail hours, knitting and crochet classes, and free social stitching times. Fiber artists will find it useful, but quilters should not assume it carries quilting cotton.

Quilt community around Park City

Park City Hospital was one of the recipients of a large 2026 service project by the Kamas Valley, Heber Valley, and Midway quilt guilds. The groups worked toward roughly 700 patriotic baby quilts for babies born at the Park City and Heber Valley hospitals. The project demonstrates an active regional quilting network even though Park City does not have its own verified public guild meeting.
